Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping InformationDomestically, we offer 3 shipping options.
Standard Shipping- This is the most cost-effective shipping option and typically takes 2 -7 days to ship. Available for packages under 16 oz. For example, items like a single t-shirt, tank top, or hat.
Upgraded Shipping- Still very affordable and typically takes 2-7 days to ship. This is required for items that weigh more than 16 oz. For example, 2 or more T-shirts, or a single hoodie or pair of joggers.
Rush Shipping - Extremely fast shipping but more expensive. Available for packages of all sizes.
Guaranteed Dates - When checking out, We will provide an estimated date for when you will receive your custom clothing. You can choose to make this a guaranteed date if you absolutely need to receive your order on or before that date. If a delivery attempt is not made for your order by that date, we will refund all of your shipping fees.
In most cases, we will ship smaller orders with Ascendia/USPS first class or Ascendia/USPS priority mail. For larger packages, we may ship with Ascendia, USPS, or UPS.
If you have specific shipping needs for your order, like shipping your clothing with a specific carrier or to multiple locations, we can help facilitate that process for you, but extra charges may apply.
 
Returns Policy
"Our custom clothing is made-to-order and tailored specifically to your measurements and design preferences. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. It is important to carefully review our sizing charts and measurement guidelines before placing your order to ensure that your clothing fits properly.
